Royal Cliff Hotels Group’s four Pattaya properties have received Trip.com's Chinese Friendly Hotel Certificate, reflecting efforts to enhance Mandarin-speaking services, ease of payments, and tailored room options amid rising Chinese travel demand.

Royal Cliff Hotels Group has been given Trip.com's Chinese Friendly Hotel Certificate across all four of its Pattaya properties: Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, Royal Cliff Beach Terrace, Royal Cliff Grand Hotel and Royal Wing Suites & Spa. According to Now Travel Asia, the recognition reflects the resort's efforts to make Chinese guests feel more at home, including Mandarin-speaking service, payment options that are easier to use and room details shaped around traveller preferences. The properties also scored above 90% for customer satisfaction, the report said.

For visitors, the appeal lies as much in the setting as the service. Royal Cliff sits on a 64-acre private estate overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, giving guests sea views while still staying within reach of Pattaya. The group says it offers seven swimming pools, including what it describes as Thailand's longest infinity-edge pool, along with two private beaches, making it a strong choice for travellers who want a resort stay with plenty of space.
