Speaking about the property’s evolution, chef Kamal said the biggest change has been giving each venue its own identity, rather than relying on one broad international menu. For travellers, that means there is something useful here at almost every hour of the day: a proper breakfast-and-lunch room, a sunset-facing beach bar, a café for coffee and pastries, and relaxed spots for a drink by the lobby or pool.

Pacifica is the most practical all-round choice. According to the resort, it serves Thai dishes, local specialities, Indian food and international favourites in a contemporary setting, with terrace seating overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. Chef Kamal described it as the place where families can order widely without losing the sense of a shared meal. It opens from early morning until late evening, so it works well for guests who want a dependable, comfortable meal without leaving the property.

For atmosphere, MINT Bar & Restaurant is the one to aim for. The resort places it directly by the beach, with sunset views over Karon Beach, and chef Kamal said dinner there around dusk is the experience he recommends first. The menu is pitched as international and the mood is casual, making it a good pick for cocktails before dinner or a long, lazy evening by the sea. The venue has also been recognised with TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards in both 2023 and 2024, which suggests it is doing something right with visiting diners.

Café Studio offers the lightest, most day-trip-friendly option. The resort describes it as a cosy coffee shop near the beach with all-day breakfast, smoothie bowls, pastries, cakes, snacks and ice cream, while chef Kamal highlighted its more playful side, including a Thai-flavoured pavlova collection built around local ingredients such as pandan, Thai tea and bua loy. That makes it a strong stop for a mid-morning coffee, a dessert break or breakfast for guests who prefer something less formal than a restaurant meal.

Then there are the bars, which help fill in the gaps between meals. Kinnaree Bar is set at lobby level for a quiet twilight drink, while the Pool Bar is designed for daytime lounging with beer, cocktails, juices and light food by the water.
