Luxury Escapes presents a comprehensive five-star escape at COMO Point Yamu on Phuket’s quieter Cape Yamu, offering sea views, wellness, and meal-inclusive packages valid until 2027, ideal for travellers seeking tranquility and luxury.

Luxury Escapes is selling a five-star Phuket break at COMO Point Yamu that will suit travellers looking for sea views, a quiet setting and a fair amount already bundled into the price. The offer starts at €187 a night for a minimum five-night stay, with a Bay Room, daily breakfast, the choice of lunch or dinner each day, evening cocktails, a 60-minute massage and other extras included. It is valid for stays through October 2026 and again from March 2027 onwards, with the shoulder months of March and April likely to offer the best mix of weather and value.

The resort sits on the Cape Yamu peninsula on Phuket’s east coast, overlooking Phang Nga Bay, which means the atmosphere is far more secluded than the island’s busier beach areas. According to COMO Hotels, Phuket International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, while Phuket Old Town is around 20 kilometres from the property. West coast beaches such as Bang Tao are also within reach by car, but guests should expect a relatively peaceful base rather than a walk-everywhere location.

Designed by Paola Navone, the hotel leans into a contemporary look with ocean-inspired colours and references to Peranakan heritage. Bay Rooms measure between 45 and 60 square metres and include a private balcony, a freestanding bath and a separate shower, plus the usual comforts such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a minibar. For guests, the main appeal is space, views and the sense of being properly away from it all.

That sense of retreat is reinforced by the wider resort facilities. COMO Point Yamu has a 100-metre infinity pool, sun terraces, a gym, yoga studio and the COMO Shambhala Retreat wellness centre, which includes treatment rooms, steam rooms and hot tubs. Dining is spread across several venues, with Thai and Italian menus alongside drinks at the bar and poolside; that matters here because local restaurant options are limited in the immediate area, so a package with meals built in is especially practical.

Recent hotel packages also show how the property is being positioned for different types of guest. COMO’s own offers include half-board stays, savings deals and family-focused breaks with pool villas and kids’ activities, while the resort says it also organises yacht charters, cultural trips to Old Phuket Town and excursions into nearby natural areas. For couples, the Luxury Escapes deal looks strongest if you want a calm, scenic stay with meals and spa time already covered; for families, the resort’s larger villa options and children’s facilities may be more relevant.
